Damask Community Well-being Programme
Damask is launching new activities designed for those who are ready to move on from the restrictions of recent months to take more exercise, meet up with friends, and try something new. You can join in with any - or even all these activities.- participation is free. - open to all ages - based at Seymour Street Methodist Church Halls Pilates for all Every Tuesday from 9.30 to 10.30am. Led by a professional Pilates Coach. Carefully tuned exercises to get you moving again. Suitable for men and women of all ages. Please reserve your place by phoning/texting 07516297518 Coffee & Chat Every Tuesday from 10 to 11.30am. Just drop-in and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Chat to your friends over a tea or coffee. Free Internet access. Help with mobile phones, computers and smart. technologies. Walks for Well-being 2 nd and 4 th Tuesday each month. 2pm to 3.30pm.
